Our Science of Sport Homeschool Program is designed to bring math and science to life through hands-on learning activities using sports examples and by providing engaging STEM programs for middle school learners, grades 6th - 8th.
Homeschool students will have access to our Learning Management System, Brightspace. Lessons will be self-paced and student-led. Each month the student will receive one Homeschool Module, consisting of four (4) lessons. Lessons are cross-curricular and will include math, science and physical education standards. The lessons cover up to 12 difference sports over the course of the year, reflecting the seasonality of the sports, thus encouraging family discussion around real-time sports examples through current events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
With respect to this Agreement and any information supplied in connection with this Agreement and designated by the disclosing party as confidential, the recipient agrees to: (i) protect the confidential information in a reasonable and appropriate manner or in accordance with applicable professional standards; (ii) use confidential information only to perform its obligations under this Agreement; and to refrain from using confidential information in any manner other than in furtherance of any educational purpose and (iii) reproduce confidential information only as required to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
This shall not apply to information which is (i) publicly known, (ii) already known to the recipient; (iii) disclosed to a third party without restriction; (iv) independently developed without use of the confidential information; or (v) disclosed pursuant to an order or a court of competent jurisdiction or other governing body.
Science of Sport will deliver to user a customized platform for download and/or streaming sports-based STEM curriculum (the "Deliverables"). The customized Deliverables shall remain the exclusive property of Science of Sport, unless it is otherwise owned by third parties.
Science of Sport hereby grants user of the curriculum one limited, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free license (without the right to sublicense) to use the curriculum for educational purposes only.
Science of Sport represents and warrants that it owns all right, title and interest in and to all of the audio, video, text, photographic, graphical, metadata, assessment data or other content provided to user for educational and related purposes.
If user uses any of the licensed intellectual property of Science of Sport (e.g., the curriculum and its contents) in an unauthorized manner, Science of Sport will have the right at its option to (a) terminate this Agreement, such that the user must cease all use of the curriculum, and (b) pursue remedies available at law or equity to the extent not limited by this Agreement.
Science of Sport reserves the right to remotely delete, block access to and/or uninstall the curriculum and its contents in the event of termination of this Agreement.
